What about my current data — orders, customers, products?

We migrate it for you. CSV exports from Square / Loyverse / Toast / Vend / Shopify all work; we've done dozens. Your numbers come with you.

What happens after the free year?

Your founding rate kicks in: half the Pro list price, locked for as long as you keep your subscription active. It's not a discount that expires.

What does 'founding' mean — and who's the 100?

The first 100 merchants we onboard into the Founding Merchant Program get this offer. Once 100 businesses are in, new applicants join the list for the next cohort. Apply and we'll tell you exactly where things stand.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Self-serve signs you up on the founding plan with no card required for the first 12 months. We'll prompt you to add one before billing starts.

If I cancel, do I get the rate back if I come back later?

Founding status is a one-time grant — if you cancel, the locked rate doesn't restore on re-subscribe. We made this clear so it stays meaningful.

Which payment processors do you support?

Outside Nigeria you can keep your existing terminal and we'll reconcile against it; in Nigeria we settle through our own rails (Paystack today, Flutterwave coming).
