White-label · Partner programme

Your brand on the front. Our commerce OS underneath.

Launch a storefront, marketplace and mobile app in your own name — on the same platform Eleo runs its own brands on. You bring the brand and the merchants; the back office is already built.

What you get

Everything a commerce brand needs, wearing your name.

Not a reseller badge on someone else's product — the surfaces your customers and merchants touch are yours end to end.

A storefront and marketplace in your name

Your logo, palette, typography and copy on your own domain. Customers never see ours — the brand system is configuration, not a fork.

Mobile apps under your listing

iOS and Android built from the same codebase, shipped to the App Store and Play Store under your developer account and your icon.

Full programme
The whole back office, already built

POS, inventory, orders, production, accounting, payroll, reporting — 20+ modules your merchants get on day one instead of a roadmap.

Payments and wallet on your rails

Your processor, your merchant accounts, your settlement. Even the in-app wallet carries your name rather than ours.

Onboarding built for a roster, not a signup form

Bring an existing merchant base: bulk-provision their stores, then invite each owner to claim theirs — no one starts from an empty account.

Your customers stay yours

Ownership and data portability are written into the partnership agreement, not left as an assumption. You can leave with your data.

Proof, not a pitch deck

Foodster is the second brand on this platform.

Eleo grew out of running Foodster — a food and grocery brand with its own app, storefront, wallet and kitchens. The white-label mechanics aren't a plan; they're what keeps that brand running.

Banks, fintechs and telcos

You already hold the merchant relationship. A branded business manager bolted to those accounts is what keeps it — and it makes every payment account stickier than a rate card can.

Franchisors, wholesalers and associations

Standardise a network on one branded instance: the same POS, stock and reporting in every location, with group-level visibility you can actually act on.

Consumer brands and aggregators

Run a customer-facing brand — ordering app, storefront, wallet, loyalty — without building commerce infrastructure. This is exactly what Foodster does.

How it works

Four steps, and a real person at each one.

We're taking a small number of partners while we productise this, so every launch gets our team rather than a setup wizard.

01
A scoping call

Who goes on it, which markets, which surfaces (web first, or web and mobile), and what the commercials look like. Usually a week to know whether it's a fit.

02
Brand and domain setup

We take your tokens — logo, colours, type, copy — and stand your instance up on your domain. The brand layer is configuration, so this is days, not a rebuild.

03
Your roster comes across

Bulk-provision the merchants or stores you already have, then run the claim-and-activate flow so owners land in an account that already has their data in it.

04
Launch, then share the upside

You own the relationship and the front door; we run the platform underneath. Commercials are a revenue share agreed per partnership.

The boundaries

What’s yours, what’s negotiated, what stays ours.

Worth agreeing before the contract rather than after launch.

Fully yours

Brand, domain, app-store listing, merchant and customer relationships, pricing to your merchants, support voice, and your data.

Yours
Agreed per partnership

Which modules your merchants get, whether the consumer marketplace is in scope, mobile app posture, and how far the theming goes.

Negotiated
Stays with us

The platform itself — infrastructure, security, compliance posture, and the roadmap. You get every release without maintaining a fork.

Ours
Common questions

White-label, answered honestly.

What does a white-label instance cost?
There's no shelf price, because no two partnerships have the same shape — a bank bundling this free to 5,000 merchants and a single consumer brand are different deals. Commercials are typically a revenue share on subscriptions and payment volume, with a setup component for the brand and launch work. Tell us the shape and we'll come back with numbers.
Is this self-serve? Can I just sign up and rebrand it?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. Every white-label launch today is run as a partnership with our team, and we're deliberately taking a small number of them while we productise the setup. If you want a branded instance without a conversation, this isn't ready for you yet — but the conversation is short.
How long does it take to launch?
Web surfaces — storefront and marketplace on your domain — are the fast part, because the brand layer is configuration rather than a fork. Mobile apps take longer: app-store review, your developer accounts, and the store listings themselves are the long pole, not the build.
Do the apps go on the App Store under my name?
Yes, in the full programme. They ship under your developer account, your icon and your listing — which also means you keep the reviews, the ranking and the install base. Many partners start web-first and add mobile once the merchant base is live.
Who owns the merchants and the data?
You own the relationship — billing, support and pricing to your merchants are yours. Data ownership and portability are written into the agreement up front, including what happens if we part ways, so it's never an assumption you discover the answer to later.
Does anything still say Eleo?
That's your call, and it's a real choice rather than a hidden default. Some partners run fully white-labelled; others keep a small "Powered by Eleo" line because it signals the software underneath is somebody's full-time job. Foodster keeps it.
Is this proven, or would we be the first?
It's proven. Foodster is a real brand with real customers running on Eleo today — its own app, own storefront, own wallet, own kitchens. It's also where the platform came from, so the pattern has been in live operation rather than in a deck.

Not a partner — just want to run your own business on Eleo? That part is self-serve, and you can start today.
