Seller journey

02
Add what you sell

Create or import your catalogue, prices and stock so the same product data can power your selling channels.

03
Choose your channels

Sell at the POS and publish an Eleo Storefront. Marketplace discovery can be enabled where Eleo has launched it.

04
Run the operation

Manage orders, inventory, production, costing, payments and accounting from the connected Eleo Suite capabilities available to you.

What you can use

One Commerce OS, localized by market.

Availability is stated at onboarding; Eleo does not imply that every payment rail or Marketplace capability is live everywhere.

Your Storefront

A merchant-owned online shop with your catalogue, brand and direct link.

Marketplace discovery

Reach shoppers browsing across stores and categories where the Eleo Marketplace is available.

Connected operations

Keep online and in-person sales connected to stock, orders and the rest of your business.

Local payment options

Use payment methods and settlement capabilities supported in your country. Wallet features are available only in eligible markets.

Merchant-owned fulfilment

You choose pickup, delivery or shipping, set the promise and fulfil each order. Eleo may connect delivery partners where available.

One platform to expand

Add POS, inventory, multi-location, production, costing, accounting and other Suite tools as your operation grows.
