How fulfilment works

You sell it. You fulfil it.

Eleo is a Commerce OS and marketplace, not a delivery company. Merchants own fulfilment; Eleo provides the order workflow and can connect delivery partners where available.

Clear ownership

Set the method and keep control.

Only offer options you can reliably fulfil in each location.

Merchant-owned promise

You decide which fulfilment methods to offer, the service area, fees, lead times and customer promise.

Pickup

Offer collection from eligible stores and keep the pickup location and order status clear for customers.

Merchant delivery

Use your own staff or existing delivery process while Eleo keeps the order and customer updates organized.

Connected partners

Where available, Eleo can connect third-party delivery partners. The partner fulfils the delivery; Eleo is not the carrier.

Customer clarity

Make every hand-off explicit.

Show the responsible store, method, fee and timing at checkout and in order updates. Partner availability varies by market.

Does Eleo employ riders or operate a delivery fleet?
No. Eleo does not operate a delivery fleet.
Who is responsible for an order arriving?
The merchant owns fulfilment and the customer promise. If a connected delivery partner is selected, that third party performs the delivery under the applicable terms.
Can a merchant offer pickup only?
Yes. Merchants choose the methods supported by their operation and market.
Connected commerce

Sell with a fulfilment model you control.

Set up your channels, then configure the methods available for each location.
