Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. Free covers point of sale, your online menu, store stats and a daily AI briefing — no card required, free forever. Upgrade when you need stock control, finance intelligence or a bigger team.
How does multi-store pricing work?+
Several stores run on one organization subscription — one bill for the whole business. Each store runs on a license, and every extra license gets an automatic discount: 50% off licenses 2–4, 60% off licenses 5–9. Running 10 or more? Talk to us.
What is a license?+
One slot on your organization subscription covering a single store at the tier you choose. Licenses are assignable — if a store closes, reassign its license to a new store instead of buying again.
Can I mix license tiers?+
Yes. One subscription can hold, say, two Professional and three Growth licenses. The volume discount ranks all paid licenses together, so mixing never costs you the discount.
What does "2 months free" on yearly mean?+
Pay annually and you get the equivalent of two months at no cost — roughly a 17% saving versus paying month to month. Toggle Yearly above to see the effective monthly price.
What happens if a payment fails?+
Nothing switches off overnight. The whole organization gets a 14-day grace period with reminders while every store keeps working. Only if the grace period runs out do stores drop to the Free plan together.
Why is the price different in my country?+
Eleo uses regional pricing — the same approach most global software takes. Countries group into three bands: Frontier (Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia and most of Africa), Emerging (Kenya, South Africa, India, Brazil) and Global (US, UK, EU). Your price is set by your verified business location at signup.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard. Changes are prorated, and there's no lock-in or cancellation fee.
