Event Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy & Cookie Policy when Eleo organises, hosts or sponsors an online or in-person event.

What we collect and why

We may collect registration and contact details, organisation and role, attendance, session choices, questions, feedback and communications. If needed and voluntarily supplied, we may collect dietary, accessibility or safety information. We use it to administer the event, communicate updates, provide requested accommodations, secure the venue, understand attendance and follow up where permitted.

Photos, recordings and sharing

An event notice will identify material photography or recording. Tell a team member if you do not want to appear where an opt-out is practical. We may share necessary data with venues, registration, communications, production and security vendors. We share attendee details with a sponsor only where disclosed and lawfully permitted; a sponsor then applies its own privacy notice.

Retention, rights and contact
