Providers, Processors & Affiliates

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These core vendors may process personal data to provide Eleo. A vendor is a subprocessor only where Eleo processes data for a business customer and instructs that vendor to assist. Availability and data location can vary by feature and customer configuration.

Current core vendors

Google Cloud and Firebase. Cloud hosting, storage, databases, authentication, push notifications, analytics and performance; global infrastructure.

Google Gemini. AI generation, classification, matching and summarisation for enabled AI Features; global infrastructure.

Cloudflare. Content delivery, DNS, traffic security and abuse protection; global edge network.

PostHog. Consent-dependent product analytics and service improvement; European Union hosting configuration.

New Relic. Application performance, reliability monitoring and operational logs; global infrastructure.

Twilio SendGrid. Transactional and service email delivery; global infrastructure.

Infobip. WhatsApp and other enabled communications; global infrastructure.

Payment and merchant-selected providers

Paystack, Stripe, Flutterwave, OPay, Moniepoint and other enabled payment or banking providers generally process payment, identity and settlement data under their own terms as independent controllers, not as Eleo subprocessors. Delivery, accounting, social, commerce and other integrations a customer selects may also act independently or as that customer's processor.

Changes and questions

If an Eleo affiliate acts as a subprocessor, we will identify it here or in the applicable service terms before material processing. We update this page when core processing vendors materially change and provide additional notice where our DPA or law requires it. Customers with a reasonable data-protection objection or a vendor question should email [email protected].
