Items and variants

Name, SKU, barcode, category, description, cost, price and stock. Each variant becomes its own product — "T-Shirt — M / Red" — and items sold by weight can be sold in fractions.

Stores

If your export covers several Loyverse stores, you choose which one's price and stock this Eleo store takes. Stock comes across only for items that track stock.

Suppliers

Each item's supplier becomes its usual supplier in Eleo. Suppliers not yet in Eleo are added — add their contact details afterwards.

Customers

Name, phone, email, address and note.

Export files

In the Loyverse back office go to Items → Export and Customers → Export. Upload one or both files to Eleo.

From Loyverse to Eleo, start to finish.

  1. Step 1
    Create your Eleo store

    Sign up free, name your store and pick your currency. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2
    Export from Loyverse

    Export your items and customers from the back office. Keep the files exactly as Loyverse gives them.

  3. Step 3
    Open Bulk Actions → Import from Square, Shopify or Loyverse

    Drop the files in. Eleo recognises them, asks which store to take prices and stock from, and previews every item and customer — new or already in Eleo.

  4. Step 4
    Import and watch it land

    Rows are created in the background with a live progress page. Any row that fails can be downloaded, fixed and uploaded again.

What stays behind

Deliberately not imported.

We would rather tell you up front than move something wrongly.

Receipts and sales history

Past sales stay in Loyverse. Re-creating them would deduct stock twice and post revenue that pre-dates Eleo.

Variable-price items

Eleo needs a fixed price. The preview counts them; after the import, download the failed rows, add a price and upload that file.

Composite items, modifiers and loyalty points

Composite items come across as plain products without their component lines; rebuild modifiers as Eleo product options; loyalty balances are not migrated.

FAQ

Questions merchants ask before moving.

Will importing twice create duplicates?
No. Items are matched by SKU, barcode or name and customers by phone or email; anything already in your Eleo store is skipped and never changed.
What happens to items with variants?
Each variant becomes its own product named after the item and its options, with that variant's SKU, price, cost and stock.
Do my suppliers come across?
Yes, as each item's usual supplier, so new purchase orders pre-fill it. Suppliers new to Eleo are created without a phone number for you to complete.
What about my receipts?
They stay in Loyverse. Eleo imports your customers so your CRM is complete, but does not re-create past sales.
