AI terms

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These terms apply to Eleo features that generate, summarise, classify, match, predict or recommend using artificial intelligence (“AI Features”). They supplement our Terms of Use.

1. Inputs and permitted use

You must have the rights and lawful basis needed for prompts, files and other inputs. Do not submit unnecessary secrets, payment credentials, special-category personal data or data you are prohibited from sharing. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to AI Features.

2. Outputs require review

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to content generated for others. Review it before use. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice, or use it as the sole basis for employment, credit, healthcare, law-enforcement or other decisions that materially affect a person.

3. Data and providers

Eleo may send relevant inputs and context to AI service providers to produce a response, moderate abuse and secure the feature. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Subprocessors List explain the applicable roles. Do not assume an AI interaction is private from your organisation's authorised administrators.

4. Rights and restrictions

You retain rights in inputs and may use outputs to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights. Eleo does not promise that output is unique or protectable. Do not bypass safeguards, extract models or system prompts, build competing models from restricted access, or use output to impersonate, deceive or infringe.

5. Availability and responsibility

Models and features may change or be restricted for safety, provider, legal or capacity reasons. You remain responsible for decisions and content produced with AI Features. Report unsafe or materially wrong output to [email protected].
