Org Cash Dashboard

Compare cash performance across all your stores with cross-location reporting and cashier leaderboards.

If you operate multiple stores, the Org Cash Dashboard gives you a unified view of cash management performance across your entire organization. It surfaces the same data available in individual store reports but aggregated and compared across locations, helping you identify which stores are performing well and which need attention.

Store comparison

The store comparison table ranks all your stores by cash handling accuracy for the selected period. For each store it shows:

• Total cash handled across all shifts.
• Accuracy rate — The percentage of shifts that closed within the variance threshold.
• Total variance — The aggregate shortage or overage.
• Number of discrepancies flagged.
• Undeposited cash — Cash sitting in the safe that has not been taken to the bank.

Click on any store to drill down into its detailed cash reports.

Multi-store variance trend

A line chart showing variance trends over time for each store. You can toggle individual stores on and off to focus on specific locations. This visualization makes it easy to spot a store that is trending in the wrong direction, even if its absolute numbers are still acceptable.

Cashier leaderboard

The cross-store cashier leaderboard ranks all cashiers across your organization by accuracy rate. This is useful for:

• Identifying top performers who could mentor others.
• Spotting cashiers who consistently underperform regardless of which store they work at.
• Recognizing the impact of training programmes on cash handling accuracy.

Escalation summary

The escalation summary aggregates alert data across all stores, broken down by:

• Alert type — Which types of alerts are most common across your organization.
• Store — Which stores generate the most alerts.
• Resolution time — How quickly alerts are being acknowledged and resolved at each location.

This helps you assess whether your cash policies are set appropriately across the organization or if certain stores need more hands-on management.
