Sales Targets
Set and track monthly sales targets with AI-powered coaching and progress dashboards.
Setting Your First Target
Navigate to Sales > Targets > Set Target from the sidebar. Choose a month, then enter values for the metrics you want to track: revenue, orders, units sold, online revenue, returns, new customers, returning customers, or customer rating. All fields are optional — set targets only for what matters to your business.
Understanding the Dashboard
The Targets Dashboard shows your current period at a glance: a progress ring for revenue attainment, individual metric cards with progress bars and projections, and a 6-month history table. Each metric is classified as:
- Exceeded — You have already passed your target.
- On Track — Projected to reach 95%+ of your target.
- At Risk — Projected to reach 75–94% of your target.
- Behind — Projected to reach less than 75%.
Targets in Your Daily and Weekly Emails
If you have an active target, your daily and weekly business briefs will include a target progress card showing where you stand and how much you need per day to close the gap. The AI coach will reference your targets when suggesting actions.
AI-Suggested Targets
Stores with 3 or more months of order history can receive AI-powered target suggestions. When setting a new target, you will see Realistic and Stretch options based on your trailing averages and growth trends. Click Apply to pre-fill the form, then adjust as needed.
Weekly Targets
Stores on the Growth plan or above can set weekly targets in addition to monthly targets. Choose “Weekly” in the period step and select an ISO week.
