Plans & Billing

Eleo Suite offers four plans to match businesses of every size. Start for free and upgrade as your business grows. This guide explains each plan, how billing works, and how to change your subscription.

Plan tiers

Eleo Suite is available in four tiers, each designed for a different stage of business growth. All plans include the core commerce features — inventory, orders, and basic reporting. Higher tiers unlock advanced capabilities like production management, multi-store support, and payroll.

Feature availability

The following table shows which key features are available on each plan. Features marked with a check are fully available on that plan.

Resource limits

Each plan has different limits on key resources. These limits determine how many products you can list, how many team members can access the platform, and how many orders you can process each month.

How to upgrade or downgrade

You can change your plan at any time from within Eleo Suite. Here is how:

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar navigation.
  2. Click on Subscription (or Plans & Billing).
  3. Review the available plans and click Upgrade or Change Plan on the plan you want.
  4. Confirm your selection. If upgrading, you will be prompted to enter or confirm your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately

When you upgrade, the new features and limits are available right away. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and future billing will reflect the new plan price.

Downgrading may limit access

When you downgrade your plan, features and resource limits from the higher plan will no longer be available at the end of your current billing cycle. If you exceed the limits of the new plan (for example, you have 200 products but are downgrading to Free with a limit of 50), your existing data will be preserved but you will not be able to add new items until you are within the new limit.

Billing cycle

Eleo Suite subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the day you first subscribe to a paid plan. For example, if you upgrade to Starter on March 15, your next bill will be on April 15.

You can view your billing history, current plan details, and next billing date in Settings → Plan & Billing. Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your account after each payment.

Viewing your current plan

To check which plan you are currently on:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Your current plan is displayed at the top of the page along with your usage statistics for products, team members, and orders.

If you are approaching a resource limit, Eleo will show a notification banner on your dashboard suggesting an upgrade. You will never be locked out of your existing data if you hit a limit — you simply will not be able to create new items beyond the cap until you upgrade or free up space.
