Your Dashboard
The Eleo Suite dashboard is your command center. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your business performance with real-time metrics, charts, and activity feeds.
Dashboard layout
When you sign in to Eleo Suite, the dashboard is the first thing you see. It is designed to give you an immediate understanding of how your business is performing today without needing to dig into individual reports. The dashboard is organized into several areas:
- KPI cards at the top — Large, prominent cards showing your most important metrics for the current day, including total sales revenue, number of orders, and top-performing products.
- Charts and trends — Visual graphs showing sales trends over the past week or month. These help you quickly spot patterns and compare performance across time periods.
- Activity feed — A real-time stream of recent activity in your store, including new orders, stock changes, and team actions. This keeps you informed about what is happening right now.

Key metrics explained
The KPI cards at the top of the dashboard display the following metrics for the currently selected store:
- Today's Sales — The total revenue from all completed orders today. This includes all payment methods and sales channels. The percentage indicator shows how today compares to the same day last week.
- Orders — The total number of orders placed today across all channels. This count includes completed, pending, and in-progress orders but excludes cancelled orders.
- Top Products — A quick list of your best-selling products today, ranked by quantity sold. This helps you understand what is driving your sales.
- Revenue — Your cumulative revenue for the current month, shown alongside a progress indicator if you have set monthly sales targets.
Dashboard metrics update in real time. When a new order is placed or completed, you will see the numbers change without needing to refresh the page.
Sidebar navigation
The sidebar on the left side of the screen is your primary navigation tool in Eleo Suite. It is organized into logical groups that cover every area of your business:
- Dashboard — Return to the main dashboard view at any time.
- Inventory — Products, stock management, categories, brands, and product options.
- Orders & Sales — Create and manage orders, view customer records, handle refunds, and track sales channels.
- Storefront — Manage your online menu, QR ordering setup, and SEO settings.
- Finances — Expenses, basic accounting tools, and financial reports.
- Supply Chain — Suppliers, raw materials, and purchase orders.
- Production — Recipes, work orders, batches, and production scheduling.
- Team & HR — Team members, departments, roles, schedules, and leave management.
- Reports — Store performance reports and advanced analytics.
- Settings — Organization settings, store configuration, payment methods, and integrations.
On smaller screens, the sidebar automatically collapses to give you more space. You can toggle it open by clicking the menu icon in the top-left corner. On desktop, you can also collapse the sidebar manually to maximize your workspace.
Switching between stores
If your organization has multiple stores (available on the Growth plan and above), you can switch between them using the store switcher located at the bottom of the sidebar.
Click on the current store name to open a dropdown showing all stores in your organization. Select a different store to instantly switch context. When you switch stores, the dashboard, inventory, orders, and all other data will update to reflect the selected store.
Some features, like organization-wide reports and team management, work across all stores regardless of which one is currently selected. These are marked with an organization icon in the sidebar.
Your store selection is remembered between sessions. When you sign in next time, Eleo will open the last store you were viewing.
Customizing your view
The dashboard adapts to your business type and usage patterns. The metrics and charts shown are based on your activity. As you start using more features of Eleo Suite, the dashboard will surface the most relevant information for your business.
Team members with different roles may see different dashboard views based on their permissions. For example, a staff member who only processes sales will see a simplified view focused on orders, while an admin will see the full business overview.
